Information We Collect

When you use Tietie, we collect and process the following information:

• Photos you upload — processed temporarily to generate stickers and deleted from our servers after you complete your session.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your credit card details.
• Usage data — page views and interactions (via Vercel Analytics). No personal identifiers are collected.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate sticker packs from your photos
• To process payments and deliver purchased packs
• To improve our service and user experience

Data Processing & Storage

Your photo is sent to OpenAI's API for sticker generation. We do not train AI models on your photos. Generated stickers are temporarily stored on Vercel Blob and deleted after 30 days. Processed images are deleted from OpenAI servers within 30 days per their data retention policy.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• OpenAI — AI sticker generation
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting and blob storage

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Since we do not maintain user accounts, most data is deleted automatically shortly after your session ends.
